Standard Returns Policy

Boxfresh offer free UK exchanges & returns.

Christmas returns: all orders placed after 15th November can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January.

Shipping costs are applied to each item purchased and will be calculated and displayed on your order according to the relevant destination of your order. Please note: Boxfresh only delivers to the locations listed on the Website. Anywhere not listed will not be possible. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.All Boxfresh orders are shipped using a carrier according to the delivery method you choose. Once your Boxfresh order has been shipped by our Distribution Centre, you will receive a confirmation e-mail prior to completion of delivery. Note: Boxfresh reserves the right to hold any order for security review. Affected customers will be notified.

Our UK delivery prices are as follows:

Standard Delivery UK - Free

You will receive your order within 3 - 5 working days.

Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays (except Bank Holidays).

Our delivery service is quick and secure, and someone will need to sign for your delivery. If no-one is around to accept your delivery, our carrier will leave a card so you can arrange another time convenient to you.

Express Delivery UK - £4.95

If you order before 9.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), your items will be delivered the following day. If your order is placed after 9.00pm on Friday, your order will arrive on Tuesday.  Some services offer next day delivery on a Saturday however this cannot be guaranteed. 

Standard Delivery EU - 6.95€

Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays (except Bank Holidays).

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24hours, however, please allow between 8 - 10 working days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Boxfresh is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers may pay for these in full. Boxfresh has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies may vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. If you choose not to pay the applicable customs charges, Boxfresh will refund you for any goods returned to it in a resalable condition less any charges it incurs as a result. If, however, you do not elect to return the goods to Boxfresh, it is possible that Customs will not release the goods and Boxfresh will not be able to process a refund.

Express Delivery EU – 9.95€

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and aim to deliver your order within three working days. Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT. VAT will be deducted if the delivery address is outside the EU.

Standard Returns Policy

You may return new, unworn or unused products for a full refund of the cost of the goods, or an exchange if preferred.

UK customers can benefit from our free returns policy. Simply use the free returns label on the dispatch note.

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that these return guidelines only apply to product purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.

Please note that if you receive a free promotional item in conjunction with a special offer, this must also be returned. But if you fancy keeping this we will refund you the cost of the original item/s and charge you for the gift. 

To Return - Free

1. Please return products with your original order form before the 31st January. Make sure that you include the completed returns form inside your package and the return package is packed and sealed securely. You will find a self-adhesive returns address label on your delivery note. Please affix this to the outside of your returns package, ensuring that any other carrier labels are struck-through with a marker pen.

  • If you live in the UK, this Royal Mail returns label is pre-paid by Boxfresh. Take your parcel to a Royal Mail Post Office and obtain a proof of posting. You may wish to use a signature required service for your peace of mind, which can be provided by many carriers at an additional cost. You can also return items using CollectPlus, to do this simply visit the CollectPlus website and fill in your details before printing off the returns label. You can also find your nearest CollectPlus drop off point from their website.
  • If you live outside the UK, you will have to pay the cost of shipping yourself, however items found to be faulty will have the shipping cost refunded.
  • When handing the parcel over to your chosen carrier, please choose a signature required service and retain the proof of posting slip.

2. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. In the unfortunate event that a parcel goes missing in transit, you will need a proof of posting slip as Boxfresh cannot assume responsibility for items that do not arrive at the Returns Centre.

3. Please remember, we can only issue you with a refund if the returned product concerned is in reasonable condition.

4. Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.

Statutory Right to Cancel

If you are a UK or EU customer, in addition to our Returns and Exchange Policy, you have fourteen (14) days (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) to cancel your purchase order under the Distance Selling Regulations.

These legal rights do not apply to non-EU customers.

Delivery Costs under the Distance Selling Regulations

a) Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will provide a full refund on the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge.

b) Where you fail to return the product(s) in question or you send them at our expense, or if our appointed courier collects the goods from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the direct costs incurred by us in collecting or returning the goods (other than where the goods have been sent to you in error or where such goods are faulty in which case, such costs shall be at our expense).

Where you exercise your right to cancel within 7 (seven) working days, you should return the goods to us as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note: if we have provided any services as part of the purchase (e.g. products made to order or gift wrapping) and we have begun to provide these services before you have exercised your right to cancel, we shall not reimburse the costs of such services.

How do I exercise my statutory right to cancel?

In order to exercise your right to cancel, please:

a) send an email to customerservice@boxfresh.com; or

b) write to us at our address at the end of these terms;

making it clear in your correspondence that you are giving notice to exercise your statutory right to cancel. Your email, letter or fax will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it (provided it is sent to the correct address and it is sufficiently clear that you are exercising your right to cancel). Please try and keep the confirmation of any fax, letter or email to demonstrate the date when you sent it.
